Commish - Mountain Shadow

Commissioned polar bear claw. Made using a bleached polar bear claw, walrus ivory, and scrimshaw technique. For this piece I did what I call the "shadowed mountain" design in honor of the place that I moved to. The claw glows in the light, and the ivory will hold your body heat for a very long time. It measures a little more than 3 1/4 inches from tip to tip if you placed it on top of a ruler.
